how to make:

2)put the egg into a plate what have cleaned with hot water
3)make salt water,with put much salt and boil it with water
4)and then pur the salt water inthe the egg.
5)close the plate.
6)ferments it well for 30 days
7)after 30 days,open the plate,and enjoy the salt egg
