  • Material:
    Item 10 Duck Egg
    10 tbsp Salt Kitchen
    1000 ml Water

    Directions:

    1. Clean the duck egg with the scrub / brush to clean select eggs that really good.

    2. Prepare a Tupperware container to store / brood duck eggs (by using single Deco).

    3. Pour water into the container and then enter the Single Deci salt and stir well, so that a salt water solution.

    4. Enter a duck egg that is clean into the solution.

    5. Close the container tightly, then store in a dry place.

    6. For eggs with low salinity levels recorded 1 week only, to strangeness being stored for 2 weeks and if you want to “Egypt” (egg yolks until they release the oil) are stored up to 3 weeks then the egg can be boiled or make other dishes
